Frost Esports operates Frost Classic at https://classic.frostesports.gg. This policy explains what we collect when you use the league site or sign in with Discord.
Information we collect
If you browse without signing in, we store only the technical data needed to serve the site (pages, security logs, and a theme preference in your browser).
If you continue with Discord, we receive the identity Discord shares with us: your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and email address. We use that to keep Pick'ems and staff access attached to your account.
How we use it
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in
- Save your Pick'em selections
- Grant staff tools to authorized Discord accounts
- Operate and secure the league site
Storage
Account and league data is stored in Postgres on Neon. Session cookies are set by Auth.js on this domain. We do not sell your information.
Retention
We keep Discord profile fields while your account is used on Frost Classic. You can ask us to delete your account data by contacting Frost Esports.
